The Clubhouse Restaurant and Lounge/Bar is a lovely modern area for any celebration.  With neutral décor and a statement chandelier, the rooms lend themselves to any colour themes you may have.  The wooden dance floor is a permanent feature, hidden by day under the carpet, so you don’t need the additional cost of hiring a dance floor.   The Clubhouse can accommodate up to 110 guests for a sit down meal with the capacity increasing to 150 for an informal buffet. The Clubhouse also benefits from being on one level, having its own private bar facility, modern toilets (male, female and disabled) and a South facing balcony for your guests to enjoy the view over the exclusive golf course and surrounding countryside.

The experienced and friendly Clubhouse team will look after you on the day and Mandy, Bearwood Lakes’ very experienced and enthusiastic Events Manager, will be on hand to help you plan every detail of your special day and will be happy to put together a bespoke package to suit your individual requirements, whether you are looking to host a large, relaxed event or a smaller more formal celebration.  Laurent, Head Chef, and his team have put together some tasty and varied menus, but is also open to tweaking the options so you have the best event possible to suit you and your guests needs/dietary requirements.

Bearwood Lakes can recommend many suppliers to help make your party or event a special one, from their resident DJ (disco, giant lit numbers/letters and photobooth all available), venue decorators, photographers and celebration cakes.
