Steve Harden – Head Professional
Steve’s career at Bearwood Lakes began in 1997 as trainee professional, rising to the position of Head Assistant.

In 2000 he was offered the opportunity to further his career, taking up the post of Teaching Professional at the prestigious Pinheiros Altos Resort in Portugal. Coaching players of all levels and nationalities helped develop his teaching as well as having the opportunity to play and practice with many of the tour professionals who used the club’s facilities.

After 3 years abroad Steve returned to the UK to work at Wokefield Park to help develop their coaching programme and work with one of the EGU’s top national coaches.

In 2005 Steve took up the opportunity to return to Bearwood Lakes to help develop the coaching and within 18 months was promoted to the Position of Head Professional. As well as currently coaching two members of the county junior squad he will also be in charge of creating and developing the Bearwood Lakes Golf Academy.

Jon Dry – Head Assistant Professional
Jon gave up his amateur status to turn professional back in 2004 whilst working at Wokefield Park. In the summer of 2005 he joined Bearwood Lakes as a trainee before becoming Head Assistant Professional in 2006.

He has worked hard towards developing the coaching at Bearwood Lakes focusing mainly on developing the Junior Group Coaching on Sunday afternoons and school holidays. Jon has also worked with the Bearwood Lakes Ladies Section on all aspects of golf with great success.

Along with his colleagues, Jon will be working hard to continue to build the Golf Academy, which caters for all golfers and their own requirements including V1 video lessons, short game, playing lessons and golf psychology.
